Langoustines - Seafood Treat


Mike, it was awesome! Thanks! 


Guys, this is something like prawns. Or something between a shrimp and a lobster, you know? 

But they taste great! Even our fingers were in danger. 

We first cleaned them. Then grilled them over a fire. 

Here we cut and flare them open to grill them better. 

On the fire they turn a bright red and make your mouth water to the maximum. 

Lemuel sucking on the delicious juice, making sure that nothing goes to waste. In the background Kihanna's begging for some more. :-) 


We made it with a lemon butter mayonnaise sauce over rice. (Something we learned from a Scottish chef)

We had some real fun!
