Something rather serious we need prayer for

Five days ago Lemuel got snapped at by a bigger puppy dog. He cried after the dog snapped at him. Nobody saw when it happened so we are not sure whether he actually got nipped or not. . As we looked we could not see any place on him that looked like a bite. When we ask him he shows us his finger but his finger looked fine. Rose specifically looked at his finger and we looked over his whole body and could find nothing.

Last night one of the puppies died and this morning another puppy is very unsure on its feet and frequently snaps and bites at the other dogs. People say this area is infested with rabies and the symptoms we saw in the dogs seems to indicate that it is rabies. Although at times the puppy does not bite at others. Tonight it seems to be calm.

We asked a hospital nurse and she said as long as there were no bite marks or broken skin then it isn’t necessary for any injections. The nurse also said that if it’s five days since it happened then probably nothing will happen because the first symptoms would’ve already showed after 72 hrs and it’s been five days now. And it is only today that we saw the strange behavior in the puppies and realized what is going on.

Please pray with us for the LORD’s protection over Lemuel and that the LORD will lead us to do the right thing.

We tried to get some information on the web but there is a lot of conflicting information.
